Grants for organisations
The Department for Communities and Social Inclusion (DCSI) has simplified the application process for its one-off grant programs. The Charitable and Social Welfare Fund (Community Benefit SA), Multicultural Celebrating Diversity one-off grants, Volunteer Support Fund and Volunteer Training grants have been brought together as Grants SA, with simpler application procedures, less restrictive guidelines and more streamlined reporting requirements.
The online application form, guidelines and registration instructions are available on the Grants SA page.
Fund My Community is a joint initiative between DCSI and the Department of the Premier and Cabinet. Grants of between $10,000 and $100,000 are available for projects aimed at supporting disadvantaged, isolated or vulnerable South Australians to participate in their local communities and build foundations for positive change in their lives. Non-profit, incorporated organisations can apply for the program which, this year, has a focus on ‘Connect, Grow, Build, Belong’. The South Australian community is then invited to select the projects they think should receive a share of the funding.
Applications are now closed.
